If you find a lower advertised price in print, in store or online, we will beat it by 20% of the difference. That's better than good! Simply supply a copy of the competitors advertisement with the lower price. The item must be sold by an authorized dealer in Canada and be available and in stock and be ready for immediate sale and delivery with full Canadian manufacturers warranty. We do not offer price beat on 3rd party (marketplace) sites, such as Amazon, eBay, newegg etc, as there is no way of verifying if the products are sold by authorized retailers, and if they are new, unopened product.  This policy does not apply to limited time specials, such as Black Friday prices, Cyber Monday prices or Boxing Day prices. Nor does this policy apply to errors, misprints, restricted offers, mail order, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited quantity, close outs, liquidations, clearances, discontinued, demo, final clearance,or one of a kind products. Any shipping charges applicable for delivery to your home will be factored into the price comparison calculation. Any financing terms applicable to the advertised offer will apply to the new offer as well. Please note: Our 20% Price Beat offer does not apply on Price Protection applications.

For whatever reason if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Any return after 15 days will be gladly exchanged for you. Product must be in "like new" condition and complete with all packaging and accessories, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply. Refund will come in the form of a cheque from Extreme's Head Office or an immediate in store credit. EXCEPTIONS: Satellite systems and DLT receivers cannot be returned once they have been activated. The same condition also applies to Satellite radio. As stipulated by the Apple Service Agreement, any opened iPods or other Apple products must be serviced directly through Apple. Any opened Apple products cannot be returned or exchanged through Extreme Electronics. Discounted Demos, One of a Kind, Camcorders, Televisions, Radar Detectors, Portable Navigation Systems/GPS Systems, Tablets, and Laptops/Home Office products that have been opened, are subject to an automatic 15% restock fee. Product returned in its original, sealed packaging will not be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Consumable items (Examples: toner/ink/drum cartridges, batteries, fax paper. etc.) are not returnable for credit and are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the replacement cost of the items. All delivery (including shipping), installation, labour charges, custom accessories, special orders, professional set-up fees, and third party fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund amount.Shipping charges incurred by us during free shipping promotions will be deducted from refund, except for defective or exchange product. Any Car install labour that is purchased and not used is only valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Bookings for Home and Car Audio installations that are cancelled within 24 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a preset Cancellation Fee. SERVICE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted within thirty (30) days (from date of sale). If in "like new" condition and complete with all packaging and accessories, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply. Excludes activated satellite or DCT receivers.

30 DAY PRICE PROTECTION
After you buy, if you find the item advertised for less than you paid up to 30 days later, we will refund you the difference. Good deal, EH!

If you find a lower legitimate advertised price including our own price from an authorized Canadian dealer offering full manufacturer's warranty on an item of the same brand and model number as you purchased, and submit a postmarked or email a price protection application form within 30 days of the purchase date, Extreme Electronics will refund the difference. EXCEPTIONS: All Home Office, cell phones, tablets, laptops, Satellite products and DCT receivers carry a fifteen (15) day price protection. Discounted, final clearance, Demos, One of a Kind, Time Special, Limited Quantity products and out of stock items do NOT apply. If the item was purchased on a financing plan, the same financing terms and conditions apply, in such instances where a promotional "Free Installation" was included in the price of the product, the value of the installation will be deducted from the value of the product before Price Protection levels are applied.
