Covid 19 Information
Safety continues to be our priority and we will continue to take measures necessary to ensure the well-being of our customers and staff.
Health Canada has identified that, when worn properly, a person wearing a mask / face covering can reduce the spread of his or her own infectious respiratory droplets. In addition, our local government now has a mandate on face coverings.
For this reason, starting Monday, August 24, 2020, we are now requiring all customers and staff working in our store to wear a mask or face covering in areas of our store accessible to the public.
Rest assured, we will continue to take measures to ensure the well-being of our customers and staff, including:
-Increased cleaning throughout our store.
-Encouraging regular hand sanitizing and to regularly clean high touch areas (including debit machines).
-Installing plexi-glass dividers at registers and customer service desks.
-Introducing floor markings to create physical distancing.

1. Shop online, and select FREE curbside pick up (within Manitoba), or select free shipping on orders $99 or more,
2. Give us a call at 204-728-7743 and we can discuss your purchase over the phone.
3. Call the store and we can offer you a virtual shopping experience via video chat.
4. Stop in Monday to Saturday between 10-6 to shop in person. If shopping in person, we ask that you please maintain a distance of 2 meters and adhere by our rules.
In store Shopping
Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance for your convenience. We ask that you respect social distancing guidelines, and have marking on the floor to help you keep your distance. If you have any questions about products, we ask that you ask a sales associate to assist you and not handle any products. If you would like a demonstration or to go into a theatre room, please ask for assistance.
Deliveries made by us
We are currently only offering curbside delivery at this time. We will not be able to enter your home, or assist in set up at this time.
Web orders with Courier delivery
Our carriers are doing their part too. To eliminate customer interactions at the door, reduce depot customer traffic and support social and physical distancing, they have implemented a Knock, Drop and Go approach. Delivery employees knock or ring, choose the safest location available to leave the item and then depart for the next address. This change eliminates the need for signatures at the door, speeds up delivery and has greatly reduced the number of parcels sent to depots for pickup.
By providing tracking information, we hope many customers are home to receive their packages.
With placing orders, you can always select an alternate delivery location such as a postal outlet in your area, or specify a different courier by selecting a different shipping option. If you know you are going to be home we can delay delivery if you choose. Just send us a note via email or give us a call and we can delay your shipment until you know someone will be home.
We will not be accepting any returns until after the situation is under control, and restrictions are relaxed. Therefore, we will be extending our return policy for eligible purchases made on or after March 15, 2020. These items can be returned for 30 days once restrictions are lifted or 30 days from date of purchase, whichever is greater. We will attempt to work with customers with defective products to the best of our ability and within restrictions during this time.
