Features
Woofers: Each speaker uses an aramid fiber interlaced injection-molded polypropylene (IMPP) woofer. This process of cone molding assures a uniform thickness and the addition of aramid fibers adds rigidity to the cones.
Tweeters: The tweeters pivot within their housings, so they can be angled to optimize imaging.
Size Classification Note: Some manufacturers, including Pioneer, call this size speaker a 6-1/2". Because it requires a larger cutout than a standard 6-1/2" speaker, Crutchfield has traditionally referred to this size as a 6-3/4". Please refer to the Crutchfield Vehicle Selector to confirm fit in your vehicle.
