Grill Mounted Aluminum Tweeter

Most marine coaxial speaker tweeters use the pole piece mount design which can allow water to drip down into the speaker cone and damage the speaker. The Icon 8 B-SC speakers feature a grill mounted tweeter rather than the pole piece mounted design. This allows the woofer to remain sealed and eliminates any water seeping into the cone.
