We recently upgraded our site, and some customers are having issues adding items to their cart. If you do, please try the following:
- Clear your browser's cache - this can clear up any possible conflicts the cache may be having with form submissions.
- Try on another web browser, as well as within the browser's incognito mode.
- When using incognito, if you are still experiencing this issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions.
- Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (While we don't support every browser, we do support most)
- Try another device such as another computer or a cellphone.
- Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
- Ensure you do not have any firewalls, VPNs (virtual private networks), or pop up blockers enabled on their device or network and blocking our site.
